Michelle-LatorreMichelle will also offer breathing techniques, adaptive stretching, and progressive strengthening through postures and somatic movement.   This workshop will also include meditation and deep guided relaxation (yoga nidra) at the end. All these therapeutic tools work collectively together in the healing process.  Using both active poses and passive poses with prop pressure, this workshop is an effective treatment for hip tension and imbalance. When the hips are opened and balanced, the spine can realign naturally.
