Learn Tai Chi form with Master Jan Osterneck. A regular Tai Chi practice increases balance, health, vitality, flexibility and Grace. This ancient art and science cultivates a strong connection between body and mind and spirit. Master Jan Osterneck has studied and practiced Tai Chi Chuan and meditation for nearly 3 decades.
