Join Lauren for these delicious classes that blend cleansing Vinyasa sequences with soothing floor poses.  Intuitive Vinyasa Yoga starts with dynamic rhythmic sequences that gently cleanse the body. Options are given for strong or gentle variations.  Students are encouraged to follow their intuition as they choose their own course. The opening flows are backed by hypnotic steady rhythm to keep breath and body moving in steady harmony.  The second half of class is filled with seated and supine hip and heart openers, and class closes with silent savasana (supine relaxation and meditation).  Booking in advance is deeply appreciated.  It is also easy.  Here is how…
