Michelle took her first yoga class in 2003 when she worked for a health club in San Francisco. Years into her practice she discovered yoga to be much more than just a way to stay in shape and relieve stress; it was an empowering practice of self-healing. In 2012 she became certified to teach traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles, and shortly after moved to Hawaii where she continued to share the limitless, humble potential of yoga with various communities.  With a 500-hour advanced training and specialization in Yoga Therapy, she now finds happiness and purpose helping others experience yoga as a personal practice for healing and preventative-care.  Email Michelle
